We offer repair services only for gates previously crafted and installed by Action Gates.
With all of our gates and fencing are custom built, our average lead time is approximately 3-6 weeks.
You do not need to be present for the installation, however we will require a contact phone number to reach you if needed. If your installation includes automation, the installer will review the installation procedures, locations of equipment and demonstration at completion. This information will also be sent to you electronically by email for your future reference.
Yes. Action Gates does offer a limited lifetime warranty on all gates/fencing crafted and installed by us.

Regular maintenance, such as keeping the track clean and free of debris, greasing hinges and rollers/wheels, will always help to keep your gates performing the way they should and increase the life of the product.
Additionally, if you have a gate made with cedar wood, you will need to seal the wood annually.
Composite is a synthetic maintenance-free, eco-friendly alternative to natural wood. This man-made product consists of 100% recycled materials, is resin-based and requires no annual protective over-coating (sealing) as is required with natural wood products to prevent warping and cracking. Due to these characteristics, as well as its close resemblance to natural wood, it is quickly becoming the popular choice for many.
This style of gate is void of any pickets between the wood slats and in its place is secured with (4) heavy duty 1” cross supports to the backside. The result is a sturdy, custom, close fitting application of wood slats thereby greatly reducing visibility. For those seeking even more privacy, we also have the option available to select steel privacy straps which are mounted to each side of the gate frame for the purpose of blocking the open space between the outside gate frame and the post.
Is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin. It is an advanced, environmentally friendly, electro-static method of applying a decorative, resilient and long-lasting finish on our gate/fencing products. The powder-coat application resists corrosion by forming an impermeable barrier between the metal and atmospheric moisture.
Unlike the uncertainty of hand cleaning services carried out in the majority of local Powder-coat companies, we utilize the services of the most technologically advanced Powder-coat company around. All of our products are run through a conveyorized iron-phosphate pre-treatment system to prep and thoroughly clean away any and all dirt, grease and debris, ensuring the surface has been prepped for the best adhesion. This critical step is the most important process in ensuring our customers a long lasting powder-coat finish for years to come.
